You're right about that. I think it's just a matter of finding a good halal market, even if it's a little distance away. I'd only occasionally have to go. I can get fish and eggs and vegetables anywhere. If I just find a good halal market I could buy a good amount of meat and freeze it in smaller portions that are easier to thaw. Then I wouldn't have to travel to a market very often.

Hopefully someday there won't be conflict between the major religions of the world. That is certainly not what God would want.

I'm vegetarian, so I guess everything I eat is halal. i think i might become a vegetarian later on again, just to try it out ...but man afghan food always involves meat.
